Sierra Leone commemorates International Condom Day 2015
UNFPA Sierra Leone, 12 February 2015 - February 14 marks not only Valentine's Day, but also International Condom Day, a holiday aimed at promoting the use of condoms to prevent unwanted pregnancies, sexually transmitted infections and the spread of HIV through safe sex practices.
On Thursday 12th February 2015, UNFPA joined the National Aids Secretariat (NAS) and other Partners for a press release conference to commemorate the International Condom DAy on the theme:
"Using condom regularly is cool, use it to prevent HIV, other STIs and unplanned pregancy".
