Kwa Wazee
Kwa Wazee Switzerland - pensions for old people in great need - was founded early 2004. The Switzerland-based commitee as well as most of those involved with the distribution of the pensions in Nshamba work on a voluntary basis.
Kwa Wazee is providing grandmothers with a small monthly pension in order to both alleviate the distressing poverty of the old people and considerably improve the welfare of the children in their household.
